The pool is a great asset to our community, but in order to keep our residents safe, the pool in good condition, we do have specific guidelines:

• All persons entering the pool area do so at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. The neighborhood is not responsible for accidents or injuries.
• An adult must accompany any child under 12 years of age. Anyone under 12 without an adult will be asked to leave.
• No more than 2 guests allowed per family at any given time.
• The pool cannot be used for parties unless approved by the HOA Board.
• Appropriate swim wear must be worn, including swim diapers on babies.
• No glass objects allowed in the pool area.
• Please clean up after yourself.
• No pets allowed.
